Gheorghe Munteanu

Born in 1934 in Olişcani village, Orhei county. He studied at the College of Fine Arts "Alexandru Plămădeală" in Chişinău and the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine in Kiev.

 

Plastic artist: painter, mouralist, People's Artist of Republic of Moldova (RM), the Chevalier of the Medal of Honor of RM, his creations are present in public spaces as well as in public and private collections in RM and many other countries, teacher, superior didactic  degree, lecturer in many profile institutions in Chişinău, Republic of Moldova.
